Our inaugural year coincided with the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic, which posed
significant challenges to the real estate industry. Despite the adverse effects, the shifting
dynamics in housing preferences resulted in increased demand for our services. As
individuals sought to transition to more suitable living arrangements, we witnessed a surge
in business, underscoring the importance of our role in facilitating these transitions.

In the post-COVID era, we experienced a notable uptick in property uptake, particularly in
projects such as Riverline Ridges, Sigona Valley, and Legacy Ridges. Concurrently, we
extended our consultancy services to developers venturing into untapped markets, with a
focus on offering affordable plots and turnkey homes.

In 2022, we embarked on our own projects, starting with Segara in Nanyuki, followed by
initiatives in Erieri and Endana. These projects, characterized by competitive pricing ranging
from 200k to 350k, witnessed significant uptake, culminating in the issuance of title deeds.
Expanding our portfolio, we are currently undertaking our fourth and fifth projects near Ol
Pejeta, while simultaneously launching a new venture in Ndeiya, Kiambu County. This
project’s affordability and strategic location, proximate to key amenities and major towns
like Nairobi, Kikuyu, and Limuru, have garnered substantial interest.

Amidst these developments, we remain steadfast in our agency and consultancy roles for
projects such as Thika Grove, Fin Park Estates, and Bliss Water Park in Naivasha. Our
commitment to excellence drives us to continuously identify strategic properties for
investors, ensuring optimal returns on investment.
